Open Auditions
1-Month Commitment

Open auditions are open to all who wish to participate, and are held periodically as the need arises (typically once a year).  Prospective members are invited to attend and fully participate in all regular rehearsals throughout the audition month, and will join R&S members in learning partnered and solo choreographies during the first few rehearsals of that month.  During the final rehearsal, prospective members will perform what they’ve learned, several times and with different R&S and prospective members.  Prospective members will be evaluated on dance experience and ability, learning speed and ability, showmanship, athleticism, teamwork, attitude and personality.

Personal Invitation
3-Month Commitment

Occasionally individual dancers will be personally invited to attend and fully participate in all regular rehearsals for 3 months.  This gives the prospective member an opportunity to work with regular members to see if it’s a good fit for the group without requiring a full year-long commitment.
